Sophie has a background in communications, advocacy and public affairs. Sophie joins Seahorse after a stint of volunteering for the Surfers Against Sewage policy team, helping them engage new Labour MPs and get to grips with the Water (Special Measures) Bill.

Prior to this, Sophie worked at Lexington where she delivered integrated campaigns for a range of clients in the clean tech, education and transport sectors. Her strong understanding of media and excellent communication skills secured coverage for clean tech entrepreneurs, NGOs and government departments.

Sophie has a strong commitment to protecting the planet and is an avid surfer, open-water swimmer and hiker.
