Joe brings his passionate policy insight to Seahorse. Previously at Green Alliance, he excelled in supporting the organisation's secretariat function for the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Environment, the largest APPG dedicated to promoting parliamentary ambition on climate and nature. 

Prior to that, Joe secured significant funding for Blueprint for All (formerly The Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust),as Senior Fundraising Officer, using his stakeholder management skills to engage successfully with major individual donors, fundraisers, and regular supporters.

Joe possesses a keen interest in the political landscape of Westminster. He combines his enthusiasm for politics with a strong commitment to the natural environment and achieving net zero.
