Jenn is a skilled communicator with experience delivering political strategies and campaigns across sectors including energy, marine protection, artificial intelligence, and healthcare during her time at Seahorse Environmental and previously global consultancy firm Teneo.

 From her experience in policy development at the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, Jenn has extensive knowledge of the home decarbonisation agenda, and the challenges and opportunities for broader energy policy and the system's transition to net zero. Jenn has advised Government on policy proposals aimed at identifying solutions for the decarbonisation of heat and has a record of facilitating industry-government engagement including by leading a series of roundtables on the role for low carbon heating technologies in a smart and flexible energy system.

Jenn has a keen interest in the relationship between tackling climate change and improving health outcomes and, as a keen trail runner, is passionate about protecting nature and wildlife.
