Costanza has brought skilled communications and insight to client campaigns for over 10 years. She specialises in building bridges across NGO, political and business stakeholders and has a particular passion for addressing key issues at what can sometimes be the fault lines between climate, development and the environment sectors. 

Conni was awarded PR Week’s 30 under 30 commendation for establishing and leading some of Seahorse’s most successful work. This has involved bringing carbon tax to the fore of policy discussion across government departments and elevating the role of nature in sustainable development. 

She is a trustee for Hope for the Future, a charity that trains citizens to work with MPs on climate change. She holds an MA in Environment, Development and Policy and a BA in International Relations.
